As the Human Resource Generalist you will be supporting Brazil, Sweden and the Netherlands with:

  • Reports and support documents for Payroll accounting & Expenses.
  • Management of Contract, Compensation, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Environmental Health and Safety in the work environment, Labor and Retirement Legislation.
  • Management of the timesheet reports for all countries.
  • Assistance during the whole VISA process for candidates that will do relocation.

We believe that you bring:

  • Experience focused on Human Resources processes.
  • Good understanding of Brazilian legislation and open to learn about Dutch and Swedish legislation.
  • Experience as a Generalist in the Human Resources Area.
  • Advanced English, since we work in a global team.
